  • Arrival after 10pm is only possible in urgent cases with prior arrangement.

  • The reception is open daily from 08:00am - 10:00am and is located at Grafenhausener-Str. 4b in 77977 Rust

  • The key boxes are ready for use from 3pm - 10pm

  • You will receive access data for the key boxes within 24 hours before arrival.

 

Cancellation policy

 

 

  • Cancellation policy and deposit

  • For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival, 30% will be charged.

  • If cancelled between 14 days and 3 days prior to arrival, 60% will be charged

  • In case of a later cancellation 100% will be charged.

  • We accept prepayment by bank transfer.

  • You will receive the bank details with the booking confirmation
