Arrival after 10pm is only possible in urgent cases with prior arrangement.
The reception is open daily from 08:00am - 10:00am and is located at Grafenhausener-Str. 4b in 77977 Rust
The key boxes are ready for use from 3pm - 10pm
You will receive access data for the key boxes within 24 hours before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations up to 10 days before arrival, we will charge the price of the first night.
For later cancellations or no-shows, we will charge 100% of the total price.
Payment terms:
The amount for the first night is due immediately upon booking.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 10 days before arrival.
Payments are only possible by bank transfer.
